What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and your message — used only to reply to you. This website sets no tracking cookies and shows no ads. Anonymous, cookie-free page analytics may be collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Booking

Appointment booking currently runs on Jane App, which has its own privacy policy. When booking moves to this website, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is collected (contact details, appointment history, and a short intake form), how it is encrypted, and how long it is retained.

Where data is processed

This website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, and email is delivered by Resend; data may be processed on servers outside Canada. British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) permits this with disclosure — which this page provides. If you'd prefer not to send personal information through the site, you're welcome to email us directly instead: [email protected].

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted (financial records are retained as required by the CRA). Contact [email protected].
